Cruise at Sea II

Kon’nichiwa, Chairete, Ciao, Marhabaan, Aloha, Hello! – Campers will create recipes that are enjoyed in NEW ports of call:  Egypt, Italy, Hawaii, Japan and Greece. A sampling of items on the menu: flatbreads, pasta, sushi, hummus and pineapple smoothies.  Appropriate for rising 1st graders.

This is our ever popular baking camp geared specifically for younger campers.  Does your camper dream of cookies, cakes and pies? In this fun baking class, campers will create recipes using the best of the summer harvest. Fruit pies, quick breads, yeast breads, cookies, tarts and more are in store for this session – your family will love the results! Parent’s/family members are welcome to stop out on the last day to sample the confections made in camp.

This is our most popular camp – it fills up fast!  Do you dream of cookies, cakes and pies? In this fun baking class, you will practice math, science and more while creating the best with the summer harvest. Fruit pies, quick breads, yeast breads, cookies, tarts and more are in store for this session – your family will love the results! Parent’s/family members are welcome to stop out on the last day to sample the confections made in camp.  Due to the recipes and techniques used, this class is for rising 4th graders on up.
