We will be holding 3 camps at St. Michael’s this year and the theme is baking, baking and more baking. The chefs of Edible Education will be offering sessions for young campers in Sweetheart baking and two sessions for older students in Baking I and II.  

St. Michael’s is handling the registration for camps held at their location. Their registration process is not available until early Feburary 2018.  You can reserve your spot in one of our camps, by contacting Allyson Steele at asteele@stmschool.net  When camp registration is active, the “Register” button,  will direct you to their website to register.

Sweetheart Baking

This is our ever popular baking camp geared specifically for younger campers.  Does your camper dream of cookies, cakes and pies? In this fun baking class, campers will create recipes using the best of the summer harvest. Fruit pies, quick breads, yeast breads, cookies, tarts and more are in store for this session – your family will love the results! Parent’s/family members are welcome to stop out on the last day to sample the confections made in camp.

Open a Bakery I

This is one of our most popular camps – it fills up fast!  Do you dream of cookies, cakes and pies? In this fun baking class, you will practice math, science and more while creating the best with the summer harvest. Fruit pies, quick breads, yeast breads, cookies, tarts and more are in store for this session – your family will love the results! Parent’s/family members are welcome to stop out on the last day to sample the confections made in camp.  Due to the recipes and techniques used, this class is for rising 3rd graders on up.

Open a Bakery II

*NEW*  In this session, students will build upon the skills they learned in Open A Bakery I by delving deeper into decorating and finishing skills and learning more complex recipes such as: macarons, meringue pie/cookies, éclairs, breads and more. Parent’s/family members are welcome to stop out on the last day to sample the confections made in camp.  Due to the recipes and techniques used, this class is appropriate for G4+
