Hola, Bonjour, Ciao, Nǐ hǎo, Aloha, Hello! – Campers will create recipes that are indigenous to far flung ports of call such as: France, Mexico, Italy, China and Hawaii. Where will our culinary ship disembark? A sampling of items on the menu: Crepes, Pasta – linguine, ravioli, Tamales,Ahi poke, Chicken long rice soup, haupia, and pot stickers.
