Hola, Bonjour, Ciao, Nǐ hǎo, Aloha, Hello! – Campers will create recipes that are indigenous to far flung ports of call such as: France, Mexico, Italy, China and Hawaii. Where will our culinary ship disembark? A sampling of items on the menu: crepes, pasta – linguine, ravioli, tamales, ahi poke, chicken long rice soup, haupia, and pot stickers.
The Cultural Arts Center is also offering a “lunch” option for students that would like to participate in an all-day camp.
