Chef Ann Butler is super excited to take a trip around the world with students at Cape Girardeau during our “Cruise at Sea” camp. Campers will create recipes that are indigenous to far flung ports of call such as: France, Mexico, Italy, China and Hawaii.
Where will our culinary ship disembark? A sampling of items on the menu: crepes, pasta – linguine, ravioli, tamales, ahi poke, chicken long rice soup, haupia, and pot stickers. Campers will make the recipes/prepare the food themselves and can take home any leftovers in a thermal tote, which we provide. Campers will receive copies of all recipes so they can continue making what they’ve learned at home.
