Edible Essentials                                          

Students will master the basics of breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and dessert recipes in this course.  Safety, sanitation, proper temperatures and elementary culinary  techniques will help prepare students for a lifetime of success in the kitchen.  No nuts are ever used at EE.  We source local and seasonal fruits and vegetables for  our classes.  No artificial flavors or dyes are ever used.  This class if for 1-5th grade students.
