This camp can accommodate 18 students who can be on their feet much of the day. Taught by founder, Ann Butler and visiting area restaurant chefs.
This is the serious kids cooking camp – from creating a menu to opening the doors, learn how to operate a restaurant. Industry experts from Richmond share their secrets to success as you create your dream restaurant. This is math, art, marketing, and product development as you cook your way to future fame. Students will be in an academic session for part of the morning and hone their skills preparing foods after each lesson. On Friday, friends and family are invited to the Source Kitchen Studios for a “Premier Run” of your first day in the food business! This camp is for former students and serious food wannabes.
