Edible Essentials: If you are a beginner chef, this is the camp for you! The Edible Education chefs will take you through the basics of cooking starting with the number one chef basic eggs. The campers will then have the ability to test their new skills each day with more challenging dish throughout the week. Sample Menu: Omelets, Flatbread Pizzas, and Better Burgers.

Join the Edible Education chefs for a culinary tour around the world, where your taste buds will take a stop at some of the worlds best food destinations. Some of the countries on this culinary adventure include, Mexico, France, and Japan. A great food adventure awaits, are you ready to take the journey with us?

Down on the Farm: Edible Education is going to be down on the farm this summer, in their brand new teaching gardens! We have partnered up with Winster Farm, to give the campers a full week of experience helping out on a micro farm. The campers will learn all about growing and producing crops, as well as how to care for chickens. They will then get to use the crops they grow and the eggs they collect to cook tasty recipes, in a true farm to table experience. Sample menu: Potato Salad, Kitten Pie, and Fresh Squeezed Blueberry Lemonade. – Please note that the campers will meet each morning at either Short Pump or Midlothian location and will then take a bus to the farm located in Goochland, to then be brought back for pick up back at the end of the day.
