Open A Bakery ll (AM) (4th+) & Open A Restaurant (PM) (4th+)

Date: July 27 — July 31, 2020 Location: Edible Education Register

AM – 8:30 to 12:30 ($225)

Open a Bakery II (AM) (Grade 4+): The name says it all, Edible Education is opening a bakery. The campers will learn from start to finish, not only how to bake the tasty treats, but the basics of running their own business. On the last day the students will get the chance to open their very own bakery and invite their families to join in on the fun! This camp is for more advanced bakers. Sample Menu: French Bread, Viennese Whirl Cookies, and Japanese Cheesecake.

PM – 1:00 to 5:00 ($225)

Open a Restaurant (PM) (Grade 4+ only) (12 campers max): The doors are open to the hottest new restaurant in Richmond. The campers will learn from start to finish, not only how to cook awesome dishes, but the basics of running their own restaurant. On the last day the students will get the chance to open their very own restaurant and invite their families to join in on the fun! Sample Menu: Soups, Salads, and Sides, How to cook Different Meats, and Different Desserts.

ALL DAY – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ($400)
